Cancellation Policy and Fee:

Let's Talk has a late cancellation/no-show fee is $75.00 per occurrence. When cancelling an appointment, notice must be provided directly to the client's therapist of the cancellation. Notice must be provided to the therapist 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide notice within the identified time period AND/OR missing an appointment with no notice (defined as a "no-show") will result in the fee being applied to the client's account. This fee is not covered by insurance.

It is important to ensure the insurance information on file with our practice is up to date to avoid claim denials that result in the client being responsible for the full fee of any sessions not covered by insurance. Any changes to your insurance policy, including a loss of coverage, must be reported immediately. You may use the Secure File Transfer from to send photos of your insurance card to Quarternote's Administrative Assistant, Andrea Hunter-Bradley, to assist with timely updates to your account.
